After a few close attempts, we were thrilled to close our first deal with Vengrove. Clay Street sourced the former Autotrader HQ off market. The site had recently secured planning consent to develop a new industrial unit of c.36k sq ft on a site extending to 2.2 acres and was acquired for £6m.
