Social ResponsibilIty

Clay Street take a proactive role in supporting a number of charitable causes and are proud to be associated with the following projects.

Property Race Day

Alice and Chris are both active members of the Property Race Day Charity Committee, having each ridden in the charity race - Chris in 2015 and Alice in 2024. Over the last 19 years, PRD has supported 30+ charities and raised £3.5 million, focusing on long‑term, generational and often multi‑year infrastructural projects that improve the lives of vulnerable children and their communities.
Held each July at Ascot, PRD has grown into one of the property industry’s most significant annual gatherings, partnering with LandAid since 2006 and delivering impactful children’s projects across the UK and overseas.

As the event approaches its 19th year in 2026, PRD continues to expand its reach and ambition - aiming to welcome an additional 3,000 guests in the coming years and raise £6 million by 2030. If you would be interested in attending the 2026 Property Race Day on Friday 10 July, please let us know - we would love to have you join us.

United Ukrainian Fellowship

Clay Street are proud supporters of the United Ukrainian Fellowship
UUF is an extraordinary new project which purchases ex-NHS ambulances, loads them with medication and ships them into Ukrainian war zone hospitals. In July 2022 Clay Street along with 3 other donors funded an ambulance to take vital medical supplies to Ukraine.

Longfield Children's Hospice

Clay Street support Longfield Children’s Hospice in Gloucestershire, having raised much needed funds over several years, typically via painfully long-distance bike rides!
