In June 2023 Clay Street acquired headquarters of Avon Rubber plc in Melksham, Wiltshire for £13m. The purpose-built industrial unit was constructed in the early 2000’s and provides a 171,704 sqft manufacturing and distribution facility. Single let to Avon Rubber plc (now Avon Protection plc) off a low passing rent of only £5.11 per sqft. The deal was secured off market on behalf of Citivale in a JV with a private equity firm.
