A strategic site in the centre of Plymouth close to Plymouth University and between the city’s Railway Station and Bus Station. The scheme is anchored by a Sainsbury’s supermarket on a lease that was renewed in 2023. Including a multi storey car park and numerous other retailers, the scheme provides numerous opportunities to repatriate existing accommodation and also increase site density through new development. The asset was acquired for Schroders Positive Impact Fund in March 2025.
