After an early summer marketing campaign, we are delighted to close (Sept 2015) the sale of the Magnet retail showroom and store in central High Wycombe for pension fund clients of CBRE Global Investors.

The investment was acquired by Broxbourne County Council Pension Fund for £1.675m reflecting a NIY of 6.1%.
